Mr. Durham has served government and private clientele since 1988 when he formed DURHAM Engineering & Land Surveying to provide “hands on” professional services for his clients. DURHAM Engineering & Land Surveying is devoted to provide adequate staff and resources to producing a project that is on time and under budget. We have been providing Professional Services for our clients for over 30 years.
